How to Install

Install in 3 Easy Steps!

1. Remove Your Toilet Seat:

Unscrew the 2 bolts holding your current toilet seat and lift it off. That's the hardest part, and it takes about 30 seconds.

2. Place & Secure SedMed

Set the SedMed Toilet Lift on your toilet bowl and tighten the same 2 bolts back in. Fits most standard elongated and round toilets.

3. Sit, Go, Stand

When sitting, SedMed gently lowers down. When ready to get up, pull the seat unlock lever, SedMed assists back to standing. That's it.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused products only. Once the device has been installed, used, or made contact with a toilet, it cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

  • Unopened box: 10% restocking fee
  • Opened but never installed: 20% restocking fee
  • Installed or used: No returns accepted

All returns must include original packaging and be shipped via UPS. Outbound shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

Tip: Measure your toilet before ordering to ensure proper fit.

SedMed is designed for simple in-home installation. If you'd prefer a hand, you can book local installation support through TaskRabbit.

How to book:

  1. Click "Book Now" under Furniture Assembly
  2. Enter your address
  3. Under "Select your items," choose "Other"
  4. For task size, select 1 hour
  5. I need help installing a toilet lift device (SedMed). It mounts directly to the toilet, no plumbing required, similar to installing a toilet seat. The manufacturer provides video instructions. Assembly takes about 25 minutes and includes removing my existing toilet seat and bolting the SedMed lift down in its place.

TaskRabbit services are booked directly through TaskRabbit and performed by independent Taskers. SedMed does not provide installation services directly. Any outsourced assembly or installation is arranged at the user’s discretion and risk. Please ensure the Tasker carefully follows SedMed’s provided assembly and installation instructions to support proper setup, safety, and device performance.
